Gif avatars???

Kind of a stupid question but can we use gif's as avatars on here? I uploaded mine and it just shows up as a picture.

Mine works... Maybe it was above the allowed file size.

Yea that's what the problem is. its gotta be 80x80 and mine is 90x90. Dang it. lol, thanks for the help though.
