Default Codes and part locations

Got a code 14 and a 32 on my 1991 New Yorker 3.3L. Where is the EGR valve and the MAP sensor locations? When I go WOT on the interstate the check engine light comes on and I get poor throttle response afterwards. If I cut engine off and restart it the check engine light goes off and it seems to run ok until I go WOT again and the light comes on again with same drivability problem occurs. The codes I get are stated above. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

A new 02 sensor pretty much cleared up my problem. What a byotch getting the old one out though. Removed the air plenum to get access to it and with a torch, 02 socket, PB Blaster, and a ratchet with a breaker bar and finally got the thing out.
